Gymstick Competition Kettlebells are made to the dimensions of official competition kettlebells. The balls are made of high quality steel, so they can withstand very hard use. All balls are the same size and shape in external dimensions, meaning only the weight varies.

With the kettlebell you can do a versatile exercise for the whole body: various swings, snatches and push-ups with one or two hands. Efficiency is based on the functionality of the movements, in which case almost all movements use all the main muscle groups of the body. Available in 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28 and 32 kg.
