The Gymstick Walking Mat is equipped with a quiet DC motor so it does not disturb others around. The device can be folded in the middle, so it can be conveniently folded into a pile when not in use. The very thin frame allows the carpet to be stored almost anywhere.

The walkway can be controlled either with the included handy remote control or with a mobile app that can be downloaded to your phone. In addition to device control the mobile application enables versatile training tracking which makes movement encouraging as well as easy to follow. The application includes numerous language options such as Finnish and Swedish. The application can also be used by several users.

Automatic mode is an Innovative speed control mode that allows adaptive walking speed control automatically. The device detects where the carpet is by the user and automatically adjusts the speed accordingly. Stepping closer to the back of the mat automatically decelerates the walking mat and stepping closer to the front will increase it’s speed.
